02 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at toto888. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or devices — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name as per your identification card, IC or passport number, date of birth, active email address, Malaysia phone number, and bank account details for withdrawal purposes.

• Account details must be your own — using another person's information is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• All activity that occurs within your account is solely your responsibility.
• Toto888 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory before the first withdrawal is made. toto888 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time for identity verification, source of funds, or regulatory compliance purposes.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal

• Toto888 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may only be made after bonus wagering requirements have been fully met, where applicable.
• Funds deposited via one payment method may be withdrawn through the same or another supported method, subject to the current review policy.

04 Bonus & Promotions

• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Use of unauthorised software or methods to gain an advantage in games.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the member for responsible gaming purposes.

Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the toto888 support team. For voluntary closures, any valid net balance will be returned to the member once the review process is complete. In cases of closure due to violations, toto888 reserves the right to withhold balances linked to problematic activity while an investigation is ongoing.

09 Limitation of Liability

• Toto888's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Terms Amendment

Toto888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the toto888 website, unless a different effective date is specifically stated.

Toto888 will endeavour to notify members of important amendments via in-platform notices or their registered email. However, it is each member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.

Continued use of the toto888 platform after an amendment to the Terms is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the amendment's effective date.
